– Olympic Lifts (Might be Clean&Jerks or maybe Snatches)
– Running (Oh yah RUNNING! Maybe 100m sprint or it might be 2 miles)
– Handstands (Walks or maybe just HSPU or both) Scaled division don’t fret, we have a scaled version
– Kettlebell Swings, Snatches, SDHP
– Jumping
– Wall Balls
– Toes To Bar
– Carries
– And of course BURPEES!
If you haven’t signed up yet because you were afraid that there would be movements you couldn’t do, here are movements you won’t be seeing at the Beatdown:
Hopefully this allows you to program for the next 3 weeks if theres anything on the list that you absolutely suck at otherwise you should always be prepared for the UNKNOWN!
