Alright Guys, so we are officially 3 weeks away from the 1st Ever Vegas Barbell Beatdown.
Registration will close 1 week prior to the event on April 27th.
I’m almost positive the Beatdown will sell out by the end of this week though. We are currently 75% full!

Here is a list of movements to expect during the Beatdown:
– Double Unders (Maybe Triple Unders?)
– Squats (Front. . .maybe Back. . .maybe Overhead)
– Olympic Lifts (Might be Clean&Jerks or maybe Snatches)
– Running (Oh yah RUNNING! Maybe 100m sprint or it might be 2 miles)
– Handstands (Walks or maybe just HSPU or both) Scaled division don’t fret, we have a scaled version
– Kettlebell Swings, Snatches, SDHP
– Jumping
– Wall Balls
– Toes To Bar
– Carries
– And of course BURPEES!
If you haven’t signed up yet because you were afraid that there would be movements you couldn’t do, here are movements you won’t be seeing at the Beatdown:
– Pistols
– Muscle-Ups
– Pullups
