a. Cleans

b. Snatches/OHS

– Sprints

– Jump Roping

– Lunges

– Midline Work

– Jumps

– HS/HS Walks/HS Holds

– All things hanging from a pull-up bar

– And a Limbo Contest!

That pretty much sums it up without giving all away! So excited for this year and to see you all there!
