Hi Bros–

We are so excited to welcome you all the 5th Annual Vegas Barbell Beatdown// BRODOWN Edition.  Thank you all for your support and participation.  We are stoked to see you all lay it out on the competition floor tomorrow.  Please see below for all pertinent information for the event.

• Address// 7575 West Sunset Rd #130 LV,NV 89113
• Athlete Registration is open from 8am-845am // ALL Bros must be signed in by 8:45am in order to participate in the competition
  • First Bro of the Team that signs in will receive Athlete Bag for the entire team.
• Please park in the back of ThisIsCrossFit Unorthodox –Bro Warm Up Area and Registration will take place there and will be the only entry point at the gym
• Tents are welcome to be set up in the back–
  • High of 92 and expecting winds up to 23 MPH— it is recommended you bring items to weigh down your tent to ensure its not #gonewiththewind
• Geo’s Tacos will be on site selling taco plates from approx 11am-1:30pm
• There will be Port of Potties accessible
• Children are welcome but please ensure they are supervised for safety purposes — Fur Babies must be on a leash at all times
• Heat Lists and Schedule will be posted around the gym and in the Athlete Warm Up area– you are responsible for ensuring your team is ready when your heat commences, so please make sure to pay attention to Omar when he is announcing upcoming heats– if you miss your heat you will not be allowed to join another heat and will not receive a score for that WOD.
• Please be respectful of Judges & Volunteers — any teams who demonstrate poor sportsmanship to Judges or Volunteers will be removed from the competition.  #KumbayaBros
