RX division should be able to perform the following:

Lauren-Plumey-deadlift

::Gymnastics::

– Muscle Ups (Rings and Bar)

– Pistols

– Toes To Bar

– Box Jump 36/30

– Rope Climb

– Double Unders

::Lifts:: (Approximate 1RM and will not actually be the working loads)

– Clean & Jerk – 225/155

– Snatch – 185/115

– Deadlift – 2x BW

– Back Squat – 1.5x BW

– Bench Press – 1.5x BW

Scaled Division should be able to perform the following:

– Unassisted Pullup/Chin-up

– Knees To Elbows

– Box Jump 24/20

– Burpees

::Lifts:: (Approximate 1RM and will not actually be the working loads)

– Clean & Jerk – 155/95

– Snatch – 135/75

– Deadlift – 225/155

– Back Squat – BodyWeight
